Exercise YES is vital, but you must change your eating habits, and Blimey its not like we are suggesting you go hungry, in fact we are suggesting you eat, eat food, lots of it.
Fill up your dinner plates with Whole Foods, make Plants the centre of your meals. We are NOT suggesting you don’t eat meat, we are suggesting you JUST SHIFT your perception a little, we can safely guarantee IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
But you have to change, to change, otherwise you will just stay the same and if you are happy where you are at then ok, but if you are not then Listen.
