It is incredibly healthy and filling, but it tastes almost like dessert. It's also so easy to add whatever nutrients you need to add to your diet!

Ingredients

  • Layered Pudding
  • 1/2 cup chia oatmeal pudding Recipe linked in notes
  • 1/4 cup vegan yogurt (plant-based yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • Toppings
  • 4 Tbsp berries blueberries, raspberries, acai, etc
  • 2 Tbsp seeds pomegranate, sesame, sunflower, hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Simply layer the ingredients.
  2. Start with the oatmeal, then layer 1/4 cup of the pudding on top of the granola.
  3. Add the yogurt, and then add the rest of the chia pudding on top.
  4. Add desired toppings to your layered breakfast.

Notes

*Check our vegan yoghurt or plant-based yogurts can be found at most natural grocery stores. *Find Chai oatmeal pudding in out recipes.
