These guilt-free snacks are full of flavour and satisfying, Kids love them and they do take some time to bake but require almost no labor, so just pop on and get busy reading a book. These are great for a mid-afternoon snack, to ward off buying crap!!!!.

Ingredients

  • 2 15-ounce cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. 2 Place the chickpeas in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag and add the seasonings. Shake well until completely coated.
  3. 3 Spread the seasoned chickpeas evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. 4 Bake for 45–55 minutes, stirring every 15–20 minutes so the chickpeas cook evenly, until golden brown.
  5. 5 Serve warm or cold for an anytime snack.
