This brownie batter hummus is paleo, gluten-free, and vegan. Or one of those day's that needs chocolate. It’s also NOT made with chickpeas. So it really does taste like brownie batter. Only healthier. It good to freeze so make extra to enjoy without needing to make it! (adapted from One Green Planet)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 Cup Cashews
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Vegan Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Seed Butter or Peanut Butter

Instructions

  1. Soak cashews for 2-4 hours.
  2. Drain.
  3. Mix together all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  4. Stop and scrape as needed.
  5. Add more vegan milk until hummus reaches your desired consistency.
