Soaked oats is a super easy meal you can enjoy for breakfast or anytime of the day for that matter. It can be prepared up to 3 days in advance and left in the fridge so you just got to grab and eat!

Ingredients

  • ½c Rolled Oats
  • 40g Walnuts (omega 3)
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed or Chia seeds
  • ½ c Berries
  • 1small Banana or fruit
  • 1/2c Nut milk
  • 1tsp Cinnamon or spice

Instructions

  1. 1. Add dry oats to a container of your choice.
  2. 2. Add Ground Flaxseed or Chia seeds, spices
  3. 3. Add nut milk, berries, fruit and nuts (if you like your nuts crunchy you will need to add them just before eating.
  4. 4. Place into fridge
  5. 5. Takeaway with you OR sit and enjoy
